Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of all products in our store. If you received an item of improper quality or it does not match the description, we will exchange it or refund your money.

⚠️ Inspect your parcel at the post office

Always inspect the item at the post office before paying and accepting it. In case of mechanical damage, refuse the parcel at the post office and file a damage report together with the postal worker.

It's better not to order fragile items to a parcel locker (poshtomat) — refusing a parcel there is not possible.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in original condition: unused, with packaging, tags and documents preserved.

Items of improper quality are returned at the store's expense.

Items of proper quality are returned at the buyer's expense.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Personal hygiene products
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Perfumery and cosmetics
  • Items with signs of use or damaged by the buyer
  • Items with broken packaging (if this is a condition of sale)

Send the item via a convenient delivery service to the specified address.

Receive your refund

After inspecting the item, we will refund your money within 5–7 business days.
