How much is delivery and how long does it take?+
We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine in 1–3 business days; Ukrposhta delivery is also available. Delivery costs from 100 UAH at the carrier's rates.
How do I pay for an order?+
Cash on delivery: you pay when you collect the parcel at the branch. No prepayment required.
Do I need to register to order?+
No. Just your name, phone number and a Nova Poshta branch — checkout takes about 2 minutes.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched we email you the tracking number, and Nova Poshta also sends it by SMS. You can check the parcel status on the tracking page or in your account.
Is the stock shown on the site up to date?+
Yes. Stock and prices are synced automatically from our suppliers every day. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we contact you right away.
