Public offer (agreement)
This document is the official proposal (public offer) of the 7kmOnline online store to conclude a distance sale-and-purchase agreement. By placing an order, the buyer fully accepts the terms of this offer.
1. General provisions
The Seller is the 7kmOnline online store (7kmonline.com). The Buyer is any legally capable person who places an order on the site. The agreement is concluded at the moment the order is placed.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer to accept and pay for them under this offer. Specifications, price and availability are stated on the relevant product page.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed on the site or by phone. After placing it, a manager may contact you for confirmation. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia. The main payment method is cash on delivery at the post office. The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta across Ukraine. Shipping cost is set by the carrier tariff and paid by the Buyer on receipt. A tracking number is provided after dispatch.
6. Returns and exchange
The Buyer may return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt if it was not used and its presentation is preserved, per the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection». For goods of improper quality or a seller error, return shipping is covered by the store.
7. Liability
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.
8. Personal data
By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data solely to fulfil the order. See the Privacy Policy for details.
9. Final provisions
