How delivery works
Placing an order
Specify the delivery method and address at checkout.
Confirmation
We will contact you to confirm the order and clarify the details.
Shipment
We ship the order within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Receipt
You will receive an SMS with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Important: When receiving your order, check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier or branch employee. In case of damage — draw up a report and contact us.
⚠️ Inspect your parcel at the post office
Always inspect the item at the post office before paying and accepting it. In case of mechanical damage, refuse the parcel at the post office and file a damage report together with the postal worker.
It's better not to order fragile items to a parcel locker (poshtomat) — refusing a parcel there is not possible.
