Ham Press, Meat Press, Ham Mold, Redmond Series Multipro Ham Maker
Description
The REDMOND home ham maker is designed for preparing homemade ham, roulades, and other delicacies from meat, poultry, and fish with various spices and fillings. The ham maker works by pressing ingredients inside a press mold while simultaneously heat-treating them (boiling, baking). With the ham maker you can treat your loved ones and guests to delicious delicacies made from natural products without using any preservatives or dyes. You can use the ham maker in a multicooker (with a bowl of at least 5 liters), as well as in an oven, an air fryer, or simply in an appropriately sized pot on the stove. REDMOND has specially developed 20 recipes for various dishes that you can prepare with this device. You can find the recipes in the supplement to the instruction manual. How to use the REDMOND: place the ham maker housing on a flat surface with the side slots facing up. Decide on the volume of product to be used and install one of the lids on the housing's inner ledges: higher or lower, depending on your decision. Line the inner part of the housing with foil or food wrap, or place it in a baking sleeve. Tightly pack the food ingredients inside the housing, completely filling the chosen free volume. Fold the edges of the wrap and cover with the second lid on top. While holding the top lid, install the three springs, orienting their grip rings downward: — the top hooks simultaneously go through the holes in the top lid and pass through the side slots of the housing. The bottom hooks fall into the technical holes in the center of the housing. Then flip the assembled ham maker over completely. Holding the ham maker housing with one hand on a flat surface, tighten the three springs one at a time to the very top of the housing, hooking them directly onto the edge of the housing.
