Ultrasonic mosquito repeller Aokeman AO-149, battery-powered. The AO-149 mosquito repeller is designed to protect against mosquitoes both indoors and in open spaces. It operates in two modes: mosquito (ultrasound) and dragonfly (a sound imitating a dragonfly). In mosquito mode, it generates and emits ultrasonic waves to imitate the sound of male mosquitoes and repel the biting female mosquitoes. For a fertilized female, this sound is a danger signal — her instinct to protect her offspring kicks in, and she tries to leave the area the sound is coming from as quickly as possible. In dragonfly mode, it emits a sound imitating the mosquito's natural enemy — the dragonfly. The device is simple to operate and is designed to protect against mosquitoes both indoors (office, cottage, house, etc.) and in any open space (forest, garden plots, parks, etc.). It runs on 2 AA batteries (not included).
