Description

With regular use and proper care, a natural protective oil layer gradually forms on the surface, improving the pan's properties. The flat bottom sits steadily on the stove and allows the wok to be used on gas, electric, induction and glass-ceramic cooktops. The removable wooden handle doesn't heat up as fast, sits comfortably in the hand, and lets you use the pan in the oven once it's removed.
