Description
The Benson BN-493 frying pan is made of forged aluminum with a marble non-stick coating and works on all stove types, including induction. The thickened bottom heats up quickly and evenly and retains heat well, while the coating contains no harmful substances and cleans easily. The pan comes with a heat-resistant glass lid with a steam-vent hole and a black bakelite handle.
