✅ Before installation, clean the surface of grease, dirt and dust, wipe dry with a clean cloth or napkin. If you need to degrease the base, use dish soap or (in difficult cases) an alkaline solution. Polished, varnished and painted surfaces are ideal for applying the film. Cover bare boards or plywood with a polyester or primer varnish. Treat cracked and uneven surfaces with wood filler and sand with sandpaper. This surface then needs to be covered with an acrylic-based primer so that the applied film holds well. Application: Separate about 4-5cm of the backing paper from the film. Apply the film to the surface and stick down the separated edge

Gradually and slowly pull the remaining backing paper off with one hand, while smoothing the film with a soft cloth or towel with the other hand

To avoid air bubbles, work from the center towards the edge of the film. If bubbles do remain, they need to be carefully pricked with a needle to release the air. Cleaning and care: Under normal conditions, water is enough for cleaning. For heavy soiling, you can add a regular detergent to the water. Do not use laundry powders or products containing abrasive substances or acetone.
