- The most important thing in any display is its panel. Overall comfort of use and image quality depend on its quality. There are currently three main panel types on the tablet market: TN, LCD, TFT, MVA. Liquid-crystal panels are built on thin-film transistors. This is the most budget-friendly technology, with only two real advantages: fast response time (useful in games) and an affordable price.
