Memos pepper corer knife, set of 2

Description

The Memos pepper corer knife lets you quickly and safely remove the core and seeds from bell peppers and other produce without leaving bitterness in the dish. The set includes two augers of different length and diameter — for smaller and larger produce — so the knife works well both at home and in catering settings. It's made of food-grade plastic and is simple to use: press the sharp tip into the center of the fruit, turn clockwise a few times, and pull the knife out along with the core.
