Description

Sushi and roll making set BRADEX "Midori", sushi maker Sushi and roll making set BRADEX "Midori" — a sushi machine, a tool for making rolls. If you love sushi and rolls, you simply need to get the BRADEX Midori sushi-making set. Want to make rolls at home? If you love Japanese cuisine and want to make rolls at home as quickly, tastily and comfortably as possible, then the "Midori" set is exactly what you've been looking for! And you won't need any superhuman culinary skills — rolls made with "Midori" are just that quick and simple! All you need is the "Midori" set and the necessary ingredients (for example, a sheet of nori, cooked white rice, pieces of avocado and red fish, cream cheese). Sushi-making set: Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose a mold (depending on what shape you want your rolls to be) and place it on the base. Line it with a nori sheet, put pre-cooked rice on top and smooth it out with the spatula (included in the set). Using the special press (also included in the set), press the rice down from above to create a hollow. This is needed so the filling ends up exactly in the middle of the roll. Fill the hollow with your filling (this can be anything, for example a combination of red fish, avocado and cream cheese, or delicate crab meat with cucumber). Place another layer of rice on top and smooth it with the spatula. Wrap the whole thing on top with a nori sheet, then compact the resulting roll by pressing down with the press over the special slots in the mold. The rolls are ready! Prepare ginger, wasabi and soy sauce, plus chopsticks and a good mood! Enjoy your meal! Shape and filling: With "Midori" you can make rolls of the most varied shapes — large and small, round and square, even triangular and heart-shaped! When it comes to ingredients, you're limited only by your imagination. Using the method "Midori" offers, you can also make lavash wraps with vegetables, or sweet pancake-style rolls filled with fruit.
