Fitness leg exerciser clamp with thickened foam-padded spring, PINK

Description

Description: The expander is designed for training arm and leg muscles, tightening the inner thigh muscles, chest muscles, abs and the sides of the waist. Convenient and easy to use. The mini-trainer works by creating resistance for bringing the arms and legs together. The position of the expander determines which muscles are targeted. For strengthening the chest: with the V-shaped end in your arms folded in front and bent at the elbows so that the tips of the wings rest in the crook of the elbow and the wings lie on the forearms. Straightening your arms, squeeze the lever against resistance. This exercise fully replaces the lying dumbbell fly for women and helps strengthen the chest. For toning the arms: the loops are placed on the forearms and the V-shaped end faces the bent elbows. Holding the ends, bring the lever together, trying not to change the trajectory of the elbows. For strengthening the shoulders and collarbone: flip the 'butterfly' over, keeping the arms in the previous position. The wings on the side of the elbow are squeezed when bringing the arms together. For training the triceps and eliminating flabbiness on the back of the arm: rest the cap at waist level, place one side of the expander on the chest and put your arm over the other side. Lower your arm with effort while bringing the handles together. For the inner thighs: exercises on the 'butterfly' trainer are done sitting or lying on your side. Squeezing the wings between your thighs while sitting works the muscles evenly. Lying on one side while squeezing the 'butterfly' shifts the effort to the upper leg because the adductor muscles work harder.
