The SAFE SLICE MANDOLINE VENERA129 vegetable slicer is a multifunctional semi-automatic device with a stainless-steel blade system that cuts vegetables and fruit into cubes, rounds, strips, and sticks of various thickness (24 cutting options). An innovative spring mechanism needs no physical effort: press the handle down, the sharp blade cuts the produce, and the spring instantly returns the handle to its starting position. Cutting thickness adjusts from 0.5 to 8 mm in 0.2 mm steps.
