Description

This practical double-sided 2-in-1 cutting board suits everyday prep of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and other food: one side is stainless steel 304 for cutting meat, poultry and fish, the other is polypropylene with added wheat straw for vegetables, fruit, bread and herbs. The metal side has a fine textured mesh surface that reduces food slipping and visible scratches, while the plastic side has a juice groove along the edge and a separate textured zone for crushing garlic, ginger and other seasonings.
