Description

The Dolmer is a device for quickly and easily wrapping cabbage rolls, dolma, and hearty rolls at home or in a restaurant. It requires no special skill, is safe and non-toxic, and produces perfectly even, uniformly sized rolls. Besides cabbage rolls and dolma, it can also be used to make fried eggplant rolls, lavash rolls, cottage-cheese pancakes, Chinese cabbage rolls, and ham rolls.
