It suits medium and long hair: wrap the band around sections starting near the face and working downward, secure it with the claw clip, and fix the hair ends with elastics. For maximum effect, leave the band in overnight on dry hair lightly dampened with water or a leave-in spray; for looser curls, a few hours is enough.
