Acupressure massage mat Ommassage Yantra Mat

Description

The Ommassage Yantra Mat acupressure massage mat is a fabric base with soft foam padding, covered with many pointed plastic spikes (roller not included). Pressure from the spikes on acupressure zones improves blood circulation, tones muscles, and relieves pain and numbness in the muscles of the back, abdomen, shoulders, hips, shins, and feet. The mat is especially useful for people with a sedentary lifestyle — for example, those who spend a lot of time at a computer in the office — since it compensates for a lack of physical activity, eases fatigue after long trips and flights, and helps during menopause and PMS. It's recommended for athletes with overworked muscles, office workers, older adults, and anyone looking to relax and relieve tension through reflexology; according to the manufacturer's description, the mat has no contraindications or side effects.
